Whilst considering a change of role in the hospitality industry, I decided to message Nichola on LinkedIn to see if she had any insights into current industry vacancies that may be suited to me. Nichola moved very fast and having had a short call the very same day around my expectations, Nichola a few days later had scheduled an interview for me in a leading Belfast hotel.
