We are seeking a driven and ambitious professional, either an experienced Deputy General Manager or a seasoned Operations Manager ready for the next step – who has a strong background in 5 star hotel operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to bring their expertise to a high-end setting in a prime city location.
In this role, you will be a key member of a talented leadership team, contributing to the seamless delivery of exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. Working alongside the General Manager, you will help drive performance, maintain impeccable standards, and uphold the reputation of this outstanding luxury hotel.
Reporting into the General Manager, you be responsible for:

Overseeing the daily operations of the hotel to ensure seamless and efficient performance

Achieving and exceeding financial targets through effective planning and execution
-
Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing, customer-focused team
-
Driving guest satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards
-
Ensuring all operational procedures align with company standards and brand expectations
-
Collaborating with senior management to implement innovative strategies and develop new revenue opportunities
What is our client seeking:

roven experience in luxury hotel management within the 5-star market (3–4 years)

Demonstrated ability to drive results and lead successful change through effective team leadership

Strong commercial and financial understanding with a strategic mindset

Solid background in food and beverage operations, with the ability to lead, train, and develop team members

Capable of contributing to the hotel’s broader strategic direction and long-term goals

Hands-on leader with a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences

Committed to excellence in service, quality, and customer satisfaction
-
Skilled in team development and people management
-
Confident in stepping into the General Manager role when required.
What would you need to carry out this role:

Proven hospitality management experience within a 5-star luxury environment

Strong focus on service excellence, customer satisfaction, and team development

Skilled in overseeing the daily operations of a high-end property with attention to detail and efficiency

Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences with a meticulous eye for detail

Well-versed in current food and beverage trends, with the creativity to translate ideas into profitable concepts

Solid understanding of financial management across all operational departments
