Food & Beverage Manager

In that case, we have the perfect role for you as Food and Beverage Manager at one of NI’s most iconic luxurious hotel’s.

As Food and Beverage Manager you will play a vital role in assisting Management in delivering a high level of service to all hotel guests. You will be able to demonstrate customer service skills, have an excellent eye for detail, and have organised approach with a willingness to exceed guest expectations at all times.

The successful candidate will be an individual who can work on their own initiative, and who will play a key figure in the success of leading the Food and Beverage team throughout the property, growing and developing tomorrow’s leaders. Playing a part of many successful hospitality career paths.

You will undertake all Food and Beverage responsibilities, including staff management and training, Health & Safety and overseeing of all food and beverage outlets, including functions and budgets for the department within this truly stunning hotel.

Previous experience and leadership skills are essential for this role as you will be working closely with the senior management team to deliver core standards and provide guests with a highest service levels at all times. 


Eligibility:

Previous hospitality management experience is required – preferably within a fine dining – 4*+ hotel setting.
