Daly Recruitment is delighted to represent our client in the search for an experienced and visionary Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies for a premier luxury hospitality destination. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to shape the identity and market presence of a unique estate encompassing a luxury hotel, adventure park, and immersive guest experiences.
This role is ideal for a driven and strategic marketing professional with a flair for luxury branding, digital engagement, and creative storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to support the pre-opening of the hotel and long-term positioning of the estate, its adventure park, and immersive experiences.

Plan and execute fully integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, PR, influencer collaborations, and social media.

Measure and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to ensure ROI and alignment with business goals.

Lead the creation of compelling and consistent content across all channels, including websites, social media, brochures, and advertising.

Ensure messaging aligns with the luxury and experiential values of the brand.

Drive bookings and audience growth through digital advertising, SEO, email marketing, and organic social media strategies.

Oversee CRM management to support personalised communications and data-driven insights.

Build relationships with key media, travel writers, and influencers to generate high-impact press coverage and brand awareness.

Represent the estate at media and industry events to promote its offerings.

Collaborate with tourism bodies, luxury brands, and event planners to expand brand visibility and attract diverse markets.

Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer data to refine marketing efforts and enhance guest experiences.

Develop and deliver marketing strategies for key events, seasonal promotions, VIP launches, and experiential activations.

Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources efficiently, and report on KPIs.

Conduct regular reviews with account managers to maintain a strong pipeline and exceed performance targets.
Skills & Experience Required
-
3–5 years’ experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within the luxury hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle sector.

Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; professional qualifications are advantageous.

Proven success in leading digital, PR, and content campaigns.

Strong understanding of luxury consumer behaviour, brand positioning, and experience-based marketing.

Excellent storytelling, writing, and visual content skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a marketing team, with strong project and time management skills.

Experience in CRM systems and data-driven marketing approaches.

Passion for luxury travel, adventure experiences, and destination marketing.
-
Strong analytical skills and ROI-focused mindset.
-
Eligible to work in Ireland.
