Daly Recruitment is partnering with a premier Belfast destination to recruit an experienced Hospitality Operations Manager. Role and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of all events offering of this destination, ensuring exceptional standards across operations, service, and guest experience.

  • Lead and manage the food and beverage operations for events, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with the venue’s high standards.

  • Work closely with the Head Chef and catering team to plan, coordinate, and execute tailored menus and service styles for a wide range of events.

  • Collaborate with the sales and planning teams to ensure seamless handover from event booking to delivery.

  • Manage staffing schedules, training, and performance for both front-of-house and food & beverage teams.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and food hygiene regulations, maintaining all necessary documentation and standards.

  • Monitor budgets, costs, and margins, contributing to financial performance and operational efficiency.

  • Liaise with clients and key stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact during event delivery to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Implement and uphold SOPs and service standards, continuously reviewing and improving operational procedures.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professionalism.


Person Specification

  • Previous food and beverage management in a high end establishment.
  • Proven client relationship management
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop a dynamic hospitality team
  • Experience working within financial budgets and targets
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Must hold good wine, food and drink knowledge. Preference to candidates with WSET level 2+.

Location & Hours

  • 39 hours per week.
  • This role will involve evenings and weekend shifts due to the demand of business. Our client works with their employees to ensure weekends of is spilt between team members.
