Daly Recruitment is partnering with a premier Belfast destination to recruit an experienced Hospitality Operations Manager. Role and Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery of all events offering of this destination, ensuring exceptional standards across operations, service, and guest experience.

Lead and manage the food and beverage operations for events, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with the venue’s high standards.

Work closely with the Head Chef and catering team to plan, coordinate, and execute tailored menus and service styles for a wide range of events.

Collaborate with the sales and planning teams to ensure seamless handover from event booking to delivery.

Manage staffing schedules, training, and performance for both front-of-house and food & beverage teams.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and food hygiene regulations, maintaining all necessary documentation and standards.

Monitor budgets, costs, and margins, contributing to financial performance and operational efficiency.

Liaise with clients and key stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact during event delivery to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Implement and uphold SOPs and service standards, continuously reviewing and improving operational procedures.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professionalism.
Person Specification
- Previous food and beverage management in a high end establishment.
- Proven client relationship management
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop a dynamic hospitality team
- Experience working within financial budgets and targets
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Must hold good wine, food and drink knowledge. Preference to candidates with WSET level 2+.
Location & Hours
- 39 hours per week.
- This role will involve evenings and weekend shifts due to the demand of business. Our client works with their employees to ensure weekends of is spilt between team members.
