As Director of Operations, you will have the chance to lead the operational strategy of a renowned establishment, overseeing every aspect of the property’s day-to-day functions. This includes managing front of house, leisure and spa services, as well as a significant focus on maintaining the highest standards in food and beverage delivery. With customer care at the heart of the role, you’ll be tasked with ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

This position is ideal for a candidate who is passionate about mentoring and developing a large team, with the ability to inspire the delivery of outstanding F&B and service.
We are looking for a Director of Operations who can bring structure to the business while remaining flexible and solution-oriented. The successful candidate will be adept at working under pressure and making sound decisions in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of this luxurious property, ensuring smooth and efficient running across all areas.
- Develop and cultivate the ability to motivate and manage teams, resources, and networks to achieve operational success.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify growth opportunities and enhance the property’s position in the market.
- Ensure the property complies with all legal requirements and local regulations, including implementing effective security protocols and maintaining health and safety standards.
- As a senior manager, provide continuous support to all departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive your teams to meet and exceed sales targets, motivating them to support the overall business objectives.
- Play an active role in recruiting, mentoring, and training new staff members to build a strong, capable team.
- Ensure consistency in service delivery and positive guest experiences through your teams across the business.
- Communicate effectively with department heads on all matters relating to guest services and operations.
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, managing budgets, controlling costs, and leading long-term strategic planning for the property’s future success.
The Candidate Must:
Be able to demonstrate strong leadership & communication skills, hold extensive food and beverage management experience and possess great customer service skills and have a real passion for hospitality.

- Have experience in the hospitality/leisure industry in a similar senior Ops role at luxury 4*+level
- Be able to lead by example and deliver on actions and targets set
- A diverse leader, able to inspire, guide and develop their team to deliver the best
- Commercially aware and responsible for the profit and loss of the group
- Informed and aware of competition to ensure our client stays ahead of the pack.
- Be someone who takes responsibility and accountability for theirs and their teams actions.
