Hotel Sales Manager

Daly Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Sales Manager on behalf of our client, a prestigious luxury hotel located on Northern Ireland’s scenic North Coast.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven and personable sales professional with a strong background in hospitality sales. The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive, and passionate about delivering results, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships across the corporate, leisure, and wedding markets. This role would suit a current Sales Executive or Senior Sales professional ready to take the next step in their career within a luxury environment.

You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, while also nurturing and expanding existing accounts. The role will involve travel and regular engagement with clients, representing the hotel with professionalism and excellence at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow business across key market segments

• Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients

• Brief internal teams on special offers, packages, and promotions

• Work towards and achieve individual and property-wide sales targets

• Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales calls, and networking events.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in the hotel, corporate, or wedding sector

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to travel as required
