Daly Recruitment is thrilled to be partnering with a stunning luxury hotel in County Fermanagh to find their next Spa Manager – someone who’s ready to lead with energy, care, and a commitment to excellence.
As Spa Manager, you’ll report directly to the General Manager and be the driving force behind the smooth daily operations of this busy, in-demand spa. From creating unforgettable guest experiences to managing a talented team, your role will be vital in maintaining the spa’s exceptional reputation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage the effective professional management of the daily operation of the Spa Department.
- Ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness are maintained at all times within the department.
- To manage good staff/colleagues relationships within the department.
- To manage and deliver training and development to ensure ultimate client care.
- To operate the Spa Department in a cost effective manner in line with department budgets
- To carry out department inspections and report findings to the General Manager.
- To ensure procedures in the department support ultimate client care.
- Assessment and recruitment of required staff.
- Ensure all new staff to receive a detailed department induction and company induction.
- Ensure the treatment & reception desks are covered at all times.
- To encourage and motivate staff to reach set targets.
- Ensure all departmental billing is carried out accurately and on time.
- Liaise with ‘Front of House’ to ensure correct billing of hotel guests.
- Ensure that all members of staff are aware of all aspects of health and safety connected with their jobs.
- Monitor and action all complaints in line with company standards.
- Ensure all members of staff are properly trained and qualified before doing any treatment.
- All staff training records are maintained and kept up to date.

Essential:
Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Beauty / Spa Therapy.
Previous Spa managerial experience essential – at least two years.
Must be eligible to work in the UK.
Preferred:
Experience of working with Elemis products although not essential as training will be provided..
