We also offer a business recruitment consultancy service to businesses outside of the luxury market. We will advise on best practices for a successful recruitment drive, wordings of job adverts (what to avoid), and work with you on how best you can manage your recruitment process.

Due to an increase in demand for advice on CV’s and interviews consultancy outside of our
service /client’s base provided to candidates, Daly Recruitment are now offering a specialised CV and interview consulting service to individuals who are going through a job application directly.

This service is provided FREE for all candidates represented by Daly Recruitment to clients.

Included:

• Advice and assistance with CV layout and content
• Interview coaching up to 30 minutes (optional). Belfast based or over the phone.

Terms and Conditions apply: 

• Payment by bank transfer must be made prior to consultancy commencing t and is non-refundable.
• Full disclosure regarding employment history is required and must be provided in writing. Including, but not limited to: Previous positions held, Company, location, start and leaving dates, including explanation for any spaces and education/training.
• CV creation will require a maximum of 72 hours (3 working days). This will be confirmed during initial agreement stage and may change due to business volumes or holidays.
• Data Protection: Daly Recruitment will not hold your CV on file and all personal details will be disposed of securely.
• Daly Recruitment have the right to decline this service where we deem the information provided to not be a true representation of the individual.
