Sensitive personal data is only collected and processed by Daly Recruitment where necessary to ensure we comply with legal requirements. By using our website and by registering your details with Daly Recruitment, you consent to us collecting and processing sensitive personal data supplied and disclosing this information to prospective employers and clients in connection with the recruitment process. Daly Recruitment will always discuss potential opportunities and seek candidate’s permission before submitting CV to a potential employer.

Daly Recruitment, respects the privacy of all our clients and candidates and will never sell, or give away any of your information to a third party. We only collect, process and store information that has been provided to us directly by you by either email or submitted through our website or through an online job board.

If you submit your details into our website registration form, you may receive emails from us with information relating to our services to which you have you joined. If you do not wish to receive these emails from us in the future, i.e. Newsletters, industry news, please let us know by sending us an email to the above address.

Daly Recruitment takes all necessary precautions to ensure the security of personal data stored on our system therefore, in order to prevent unauthorized access and ensure it remains secure, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have provided to us.

Nichola Daly, its Director and Co-Founder, is registered with the Information Commissioners Office as the Data Controller.

This data may be on candidates or clients, or suppliers and may involve personal contact details, current and past employment details, education history and any other information we may require to carry out daily business requirements.

In line with the Data Protection Act 1998, we are required to be open and transparent about how personal information is used and must adhere to ‘good data handling’ principles at all times. We will always advise why and how we deal with and process data.

Daly Recruitment will only ever use CVs which have been provided directly to us by you via email, our website or job board. This information will only ever be used for the intent of applying for a vacancy, and will only ever be used with full consent from the candidate having discussed the position. No information will at any point be disclosed outside of the business or beyond the potential employer.

Daly Recruitment clients have entered into an legal agreement, that requires them to use CV’s for the sole purpose of filling a vacancy within their own organisation an forbids them from sharing this information. Whilst Daly Recruitment works only with reputable clients, and we use all methods to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee that all limitation and polices are adhered to by third parties, we therefore can’t be held responsible for an breach of your personal information that is beyond our reasonable control.
