We are seeking a commercially driven and analytical Revenue Manager who will play a key role in maximising hotel performance through strategic pricing, forecasting, inventory control, and distribution management. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of luxury hospitality trends, guest behaviour, and market performance, alongside the ability to make data-led commercial decisions in a fast-paced environment.

The role will involve:

• Developing and implementing revenue strategies to maximise profitability and occupancy
• Analysing market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns
• Managing pricing, inventory, and availability across all distribution channels
• Producing accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance reporting
• Leading weekly revenue meetings and supporting strategic business decisions
• Working collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office, and Finance teams
• Optimising channel performance while maintaining luxury brand positioning

Hours of Work:

• 37.5 Hours per week
• Hybrid – 4 days on site – 1 from home

We are keen to speak with candidates who have previous Revenue Management experience within a hotel environment, strong commercial awareness, and experience working with PMS and revenue systems such as Opera, IDeaS, or similar platforms.
