Daly Recruitment have a VERY exciting opportunity has arisen for a Communications and Membership Executive to join a highly respected organisation and a leading voice within the hospitality industry.

The role

You will support the growth, engagement and retention of the organisation’s membership through clear communications, excellent service and proactive initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating engaging communications across email, social media, SMS, website and other digital channels.
  • Managing and developing the organisation’s digital presence, using engagement data to improve outreach.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for members and ensuring queries are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Planning and delivering member events, briefings and networking opportunities.
  • Supporting member recruitment, onboarding, renewals and retention activity.
  • Developing campaigns and initiatives to encourage membership growth.
  • Maintaining accurate membership records, invoicing processes and regular reporting.
  • Building relationships with industry partners, suppliers and key stakeholders.
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy and member-focused office.

What is our client seeing: 

You will be an enthusiastic, organised and commercially aware communicator with a strong customer-service approach. You will be comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities and spotting opportunities to add value.

Essential requirements include:

  • Strong digital communications skills across email and social media.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A proactive, organised and detail-focused approach.
  • Confidence with administration, reporting and managing data.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, as travel across Northern Ireland is required.

Experience in sales, membership organisations, hospitality or a related sector would be an advantage, as would an understanding of the Northern Ireland hospitality industry.


Hours:

37.5 hours per week. Mainly Monday – Friday 9-5.20pm –  flexibility is required for occasional evening and weekend work.
