Outlet / Lounge Manager

Daly Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Outlet Manager on behalf of a luxury Belfast client.

What we are looking for:

• Previous bar management experience, ideally within a busy, high-volume venue
• A strong beverage background and excellent knowledge of current drinks and hospitality trends
• A natural leader who enjoys developing, motivating and supporting their team
• Creative ideas to enhance the drinks offering and help drive the business forward
• Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to manage costs, budgets and revenue
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service in a luxury setting

In this role, you will:

• Lead the day-to-day bar and functions operation
• Deliver a first-class drinks experience for every guest
• Oversee functions and events, ensuring each one runs smoothly from start to finish
• Train and develop your team to deliver consistently high standards
• Work closely with the wider management team to achieve business goals
• Help shape new beverage ideas, promotions and experiences that keep guests coming back
