Prestigious outlet Manager

We are delighted to be supporting a renowned luxury venue in the heart of Belfast city centre, celebrated for its elegant ambiance, outstanding offerings, and warm, personalised service, in the recruitment of a Manager to lead its daily operations.

This is a remarkable opportunity for an ambitious Head Bartender/Mixologist or a seasoned Assistant Bar Managerwith a strong background in fine dining, upscale gastropubs, or luxury hotels, and a deep knowledge of premium beverages and food pairings.

Responsibilities as the Manager…

• Presenting drinks with passion and engaging descriptions, enhancing the guests’ overall experience.
• Delegating tasks effectively, maintaining positive morale within the team and training staff to meet the establishments high standards of excellence.
• Taking charge of stock control for all bar products, including regular stock takes with the GM and maintaining pristine standards – front and back of house.
• Developing a comprehensive understanding of the drinks list, and making recommendations to guests based on their preferences, budgets.

What our client is seeking:

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar high end environment and will be capable of leading, motivating, and supporting team members to foster a successful and positive workplace culture.

• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
• Assistance with relocation to Belfast will offered, if required.

Hours of Work: 

You can expect to work 45 hours per week (excluding breaks), five shifts out seven including weekends.

As Manager you will have a fully flexible approach as working patterns will include days, evenings and weekends as required.
