Daly Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with a client with a luxury portfolio of boutique accommodation properties in Derry/Londonderry.
We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activity across this exciting and growing portfolio.
This is a hands-on opportunity for a confident, creative and self-motivated marketing professional who enjoys bringing brands to life. You will take ownership of the brand, website rebranding and development, social media, digital campaigns and direct-booking growth.

Our client is seeking candidates with a hospitality / tourism marketing background.
The role
- Lead and deliver the overall marketing strategy, campaigns and annual marketing plan
- Lead website rebranding and ongoing website development, ensuring a premium visual identity and clear customer journey
- Manage website content, including property pages, imagery, availability, offers and direct-booking information
- Develop and grow social-media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile
- Create monthly social-media and content calendars, including photography, video, reels, stories, promotions and local recommendations
- Produce engaging copy for websites, property listings, email campaigns, adverts, brochures, blogs and press activity
- Build and protect a consistent luxury brand across every customer touchpoint
- Plan, manage and optimise paid digital advertising across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms
- Improve SEO, website traffic, conversion rates, direct enquiries and bookings through data-led marketing
- Coordinate photography, videography and other creative projects with external suppliers
- Develop local partnerships with tourism organisations, businesses, restaurants, attractions, venues and content creators
- Support new property launches, seasonal campaigns, special offers and occupancy-driving activity
- Manage email marketing, database growth and customer communications
- Monitor performance across website traffic, enquiries, bookings, campaign return and social engagement
- Manage budgets and provide clear reports and recommendations to the Directors
This role requiring someone with previous experience in marketing management within hospitality and tourism.
About you
- Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media or brand management
- Experience leading a website rebrand, redesign or development project
- Strong experience managing social-media accounts for a customer-facing business
- Excellent understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and paid social advertising
- A strong writer with excellent proofreading and communication skills
- Experience managing and updating websites, ideally WordPress or a similar platform
- Good knowledge of SEO, website analytics, email marketing and digital advertising
- Ability to create engaging content, including short-form video, photography and graphics
- A strong visual eye and appreciation for premium, luxury brand presentation
- Commercial awareness and the ability to link marketing activity to enquiries, bookings, occupancy and revenue
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Previous marketing management experience within hospitality / tourism.
- A full driving licence and willingness to travel between properties when required
Hours and benefits
This is a full-time, office-based role in Derry/Londonderry, working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am–5.30pm.
There may occasionally be a requirement to work outside these hours to support launches, events or campaigns. Approved additional hours will be recognised with time off in lieu.
The successful candidate will receive 28 days’ paid annual leave, inclusive of bank and public holidays.
