About the Role:

Our Client is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional client experiences, leading a high-performing sales team, and ensuring operational excellence. This role is perfect for candidates from a luxury hospitality background looking to bring world-class service to a premium retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team
  • Deliver operational excellence and meet commercial KPIs
  • Maintain showroom standards and brand presentation
  • Manage client relationships, complaints, and CRM initiatives
  • Assist with keyholding and daily retail operations
  • Support continual improvement and staff development

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years in a sales role, including KPI tracking
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory/management position
  • Luxury retail, jewellery, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong clienteling, leadership, and communication skills
  • Results-driven, proactive, and team-oriented

Hours of work: 

  • 41.25hrs
  • 5 days per week, 25 standard hours (typically 08.30am-17.30 or equivalent on late nights)
  • Monday – Sunday with rotating days off
