Rolex Assistant Manager – Belfast

Daly Recruitment is proud to partner with Lunn’s Jewellers to recruit a Rolex Assistant Manager for their prestigious Belfast location.

This role presents a fantastic opportunity for candidates from a luxury hospitality background to deliver a truly world-class guest experience, supporting the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team while maintaining exceptional standards in a globally recognised brand environment.

You will play a key role in driving commercial performance, team leadership, and operational excellence, ensuring the highest standards are maintained across all aspects of the boutique.

Your daily tasks will look like:

• Leadership role within a globally recognised luxury brand
• Focus on client experience, sales performance, and team development
• Involvement in day-to-day operations, stock control, and store standards
• Opportunity to build long-term client relationships in an ultra-luxury setting

Hours of work: 

• 41.25hrs
• 5 days per week, 25 standard hours (typically 08.30am-17.30 or equivalent on late nights)
• Monday – Sunday with rotating days off

We are seeking candidates with management or supervisory experience, a strong commercial mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
