About the Role:
Our Client is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional client experiences, leading a high-performing sales team, and ensuring operational excellence. This role is perfect for candidates from a luxury hospitality background looking to bring world-class service to a premium retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team
- Deliver operational excellence and meet commercial KPIs
- Maintain showroom standards and brand presentation
- Manage client relationships, complaints, and CRM initiatives
- Assist with keyholding and daily retail operations
- Support continual improvement and staff development
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years in a sales role, including KPI tracking
- At least 1 year in a supervisory/management position
- Luxury retail, jewellery, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong clienteling, leadership, and communication skills
- Results-driven, proactive, and team-oriented

Hours of work:
- 41.25hrs
- 5 days per week, 25 standard hours (typically 08.30am-17.30 or equivalent on late nights)
- Monday – Sunday with rotating days off
