Located in Belfast, this highly respected private members’ club has built an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional hospitality, dining, events and member experiences. The Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation of the club’s hospitality offering, overseeing food and beverage operations, events and member services while ensuring exceptional standards throughout.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the club’s members and committee, building strong relationships and playing a key role in enhancing the overall member experience. You will also contribute to the ongoing development of the club’s hospitality strategy and future growth plans.

We are seeking a customer orientated hospitality professional with proven leadership experience, strong commercial awareness and a genuine commitment to service excellence. Experience managing / supervising hospitality operations, leading teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences is essential.
