Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a candidate with a proven background in restaurant management within a high-end setting and a strong commercial acumen. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, working alongside the team to drive exceptional standards, maximise sales, and enhance profitability across the restaurant.

As Restaurant Manager, you will report directly to the Food and Beverage Manager and oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. You will be passionate about hospitality, dedicated to maintaining high standards in this newly refurbished venue, and have a strong focus on food and beverage excellence.

Must have:

  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining environment
  • Strong communication and financial management skills.
  • Knowledge of current food and beverage trends.
  • A good understanding of wine and wine service.
  • Proven experience in restaurant management

As Restaurant Manager you must:

  • Ensure all operations align with the hotel’s guidelines, business plan, departmental objectives, and service concepts.

  • Motivate and train the team to meet company standards and foster a positive work environment.

  • Maintain a strong focus on customer service excellence.

  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of the role.

  • Possess outstanding people management skills to lead and develop the team.

  • Take a strategic approach to drive business growth and performance.

  • At least one year of prior experience in a similar role.

  • Conduct a bi-annual review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure systems support the delivery of agreed service standards.

  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness in managing the department effectively.
