Daly Recruitment is seeking a dynamic leader to join a luxury hotel, based in County Fermanagh as a Reservations & Revenue Manager.
The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the Reservations Department, drive revenue growth, meet targets, and ensure exceptional customer service for our guests.

Reporting into the General Manager:
TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day management of the Reservations Department and team including assisting with calls and emails when required.
- To ensure all reservations enquiries and bookings are handled in a prompt and efficient manner, providing excellent customer service to our guests.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of revenue of the hotel and the Reservations Team.
- Manage revenue strategy and distribution channels of the hotel, including the management of day by day yielding and rate strategy.
- Review & report on daily, weekly, and monthly pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting to General Manager
- Perform competitive research reports.
- Keep up to date with changing market trends and 3rd party activities. Manage relationships and oversee strategy for all 3rd party distribution channels.
- Would with management in preparing annual budget for the hotel and updated forecasts throughout the year.
- Analyse, assess and price group business, working with the General Manager, marketing and events departments.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports reviewing KPI inclusive of room’s revenue segmentation, source, nationality performance and any commentary with recommendations for the future.
- Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity, including the hotel booking engine.
- Carrying out all tasks in accordance with procedures as outlined in the Reservations Standards Operating Procedures.
- Ensure front office personnel are fully competent in the use of our PMS and other reservations/revenue systems.
- Ensure effective communication with other departments within the hotel.
- Maintain all hotel standards, comply with employee handbook guidelines, also protecting and enhancing the assets of the hotel.
