Working closely with the Head of Sales & Business Opportunities, you will help shape the sales strategy while ensuring the team consistently delivers against visitor targets, revenue goals and key performance indicators.
You will also work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure clients receive a seamless journey — from initial enquiry and site visit through to the delivery of an exceptional guest experience.
Travel will form part of the role, including local, national and international industry engagement, attendance at trade events and meetings with key partners.
Our client offers a competitive benefits package, including generous holiday allowances, company sick pay, a high street discount scheme, access to a Private GP service, employee assistance programme and a range of additional partner benefits.

You will likely have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within tourism, leisure, events or agency environments
- A strong track record in proactive B2B sales
- Experience working towards KPIs and revenue targets
- The ability to influence and negotiate effectively with key decision makers
- Experience leading or managing a team
In addition:
- A full valid passport is required as international travel will form part of the role
- A full clean driving licence is required

Why This Role Could Be Your Next Step
This opportunity would suit a strong sales professional currently working within the tourism industry who is looking to take the next step into a broader commercial leadership role.

It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven sales environment, enjoys attending industry events and engaging with key partners, and wants to play a central role in shaping future growth.
For the right candidate, this position offers the opportunity to combine strategic thinking, team leadership and hands-on sales activity within a well-established organisation operating across local, national and international markets.
