Group Corporate Sales Manager

Daly Recruitment are currently seeking applications for the position of a Group Corporate Sales Manager to join the team of our client based in Leinster.

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales the successful candidate will have experience of working in within the corporate markets throughout Ireland & the UK. Travel is a part of this role and may involve travel to European markets.

Duties include but are not limited to: –

• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organisational sales and revenue goals.
• Coordinate sales action plans for business growth in UK & Ireland.
• Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
• Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team
• Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals
• Liaise with other departments to ensure achievement of all sales objectives
• Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue
• Generate timely sales reports
• Develop pricing schedules and rates and formulate sales policies and procedures
• Develop promotional ideas and material
• Assist with the preparation and monitoring of budgets to ensure expenses are controlled
• Conduct market research and competitor/customer analysis
• Analyse data to identify sales opportunities
• Attend trade shows, meetings and industry conventions when required
• Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts
• Ensure you remain up to date with products/services sold by the company’s’ competitors
• Any other duties as assigned
